Room was clean & very comfortable, despite the soaring temperatures, breakfast was excellent & comprehensive. Upon my arrival we were expecting a triple room but bless them they were able to provide two rooms to ensure all three of us had privacy & a great night’s sleep. Despite my inability to confirm exactly what time we would arrive Maria explained where I could park ( extremely reasonably) & what facilities the hotel could offer. I explained that I was traveling to the city for an overnight stay with my daughter & 3 & a half year old granddaughter ( her first trip to London). I contacted Maria on reception to enquire about room availability & I was blown away by her wonderful greeting & assistance. What a little gem this hotel is, in terms of location, friendliness & value for money. Thankyou so much to the entire team, we are big fans :) Can't say thankyou enough to Craige who right from his email before we even arrived, right throughout our 3 days couldnt do enough and was so friendly and helpful Winston - clearly the best cocktail maker ever - simply outstanding and fun! The Bar and the Restaurant - The bar is just amazing, relaxed and upbeat at the same time - super relaxing decor, not over busy, great service and food to die for, we almost cancelled our reservation at CUT, the food in the bar looked so good - we didn't, we just ate in the bar the next day! CUT was also outstanding, and the staff there again, door staff, waiting staff - everyone was so accommodating and the food obviously amazing The rooms - we were lucky enough to be upgraded, but WOW, what a room and the butler service, well, where to start, we felt like royalty the whole weekend. Every member of staff we came into contact with was simply exceptional. The team - firstly the staff, we were made to feel like the only guests in the hotel, throughout our whole stay.
The Dorchester is too stuffy for us, so this is the perfect compliment. I honestly can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it is our new favourite in London, it is the quality you would expect from a Dorchester but in a modern way.
We stay in many luxury hotels around the world and I am going to struggle for words to describe how incredible this hotel is.
